Our current programme delivery is in Uganda, where we work through vocational institutions and community-based partners across multiple regions. Our 2030 strategy is designed for responsible expansion through both direct delivery and technical assistance.
Wezesha currently works across Central, Eastern and Northern Uganda in rural and urban communities, through vocational institutions and community-based partnerships.
Scale ambition: East Africa
Our scale plan identifies Kenya and Tanzania as the first expansion markets beyond Uganda. Expansion will depend on partner readiness, financing and the ability to protect programme quality.

We expect future reach to grow through two routes:
Direct implementation where Wezesha Impact has the right operating capacity
Technical assistance to local partners that can deliver adapted entrepreneurship programmes in their own contexts.
