NGO Sustainability, Communications, and Fundraising Advisor
is a seasoned communications, fundraising, and organisational sustainability expert with more than 20 years of experience working across the development, public, and private sectors in East Africa. She currently serves as an NGO Sustainability Advisor at BluePeak Advisory Group, supporting nonprofit organisations to strengthen governance, diversify funding sources, build strategic partnerships, and enhance organisational leadership. Her career includes leadership roles with the Aga Khan Development Network, Uganda Investment Authority, IFC/World Bank Group, and The Remnant Generation. She is particularly recognised for helping civil society organisations transition from donor dependency toward long-term sustainability and impact.
Development and Agribusiness Leader
is a highly accomplished development practitioner and fundraising professional with over two decades of experience in food security, economic empowerment, livelihoods, youth employment, and agricultural development across Africa. He currently serves as Country Director and Africa Country Strategy Lead at Heifer International, where he oversees strategic program development and implementation. Throughout his career, William has successfully built partnerships and led large-scale initiatives that have improved incomes, created employment opportunities, and strengthened market systems for smallholder farmers. He is particularly passionate about leveraging business and market-based approaches to address development challenges and drive sustainable impact.
Sustainable Finance and Digital Inclusion Expert
is a sustainable finance, digital financial inclusion, and consumer protection specialist with experience spanning global development institutions, fintech, and financial services. She currently serves as Senior Manager for Sustainable Finance and Global Governance at the Africa-Europe Foundation. Her previous leadership roles include Head of Programme for Digital Finance at Consumers International and senior positions with the World Food Programme and fintech company Ensibuuko. A certified expert in Financial Inclusion Policy, Sheila is passionate about empowering women and youth through inclusive financial systems, digital innovation, entrepreneurship, and policy development. She is also an active mentor and advocate for economic empowerment initiatives across Africa
Education and Social Development Specialist
is an education and social development professional with extensive experience in program management, youth development, and education systems strengthening. He has held senior leadership positions at BRAC Uganda, including Head of Programmes and Deputy Country Director, where he oversaw education and youth-focused initiatives. With a background in teaching, school leadership, and scholarship program management, he combines practical education experience with strategic development expertise. Francis holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and Management from Makerere University and has dedicated much of his career to improving educational and social outcomes for vulnerable communities
