WEZESHA IMPACT: CREATING CONDITIONS FOR YOUNG PEOPLE TO ENTER THE LABOR MARKET IN UGANDA.

“In Uganda, we have about 700 000 young people entering the work market each year, but only about 100 000 jobs are created each year. Because of this mismatch we end up having very few young people entering formal jobs. We try to address this challenge by supporting young people to start enterprises and grow them, and in turn create jobs for other young people.”, says James Kutamba, social entrepreneur and co-founder of Wezesha Impact in Uganda.
