Scalability 

 We structure our programs to operate within an already existing system. By partnering with both Formal and Non-Formal Technical Vocational Education and Training centres, we strengthen technical skills education thus increasing the chances of youth transitioning into employability. 

Replicability

We have purposefully developed a model that allows for easy replication by other organizations. We have conducted pilots where we empowered 19 Community Based Organizations/Skills Centers (CBOs) to implement our entrepreneurship and employability programs for out of school youth. Our experience working with out-of-school youth has shown a greater participation of female youth compared to males in similar programs.

The model also presents a clear and concise goal that allows partners to rally around its success. Replication partners are supported in monitoring and evaluating progress towards achieving the established goals.
